摘要
该文介绍了B＆R工业自动化系统在吹塑机上的应用。首先对基于B＆R 2003 PCC开发的早期控制系统做了简单的总结回顾，并分析了其不足，然后重点阐述了由B＆R的PP481工控机、紧凑型从站模块XX436和从站模块EX470组成的新系统的硬件配置和软件的改进及升级等。
The paper introduces the application of B＆R＇s industrial automation system in the blow molding machine. First of all, works at the simple summary and review for prophase control system which is developed based on B＆R 2003 PCC and analyzes its shortcomings, and then puts emphasis upon the hardware configuration and the software improving and upgrading and so forth of the new system consisting of B7R＇s PP481 IPC, compact slave station module XX436 and slave station module EX470. .
