This paper mainly introduces the integrated application of Delta electromechanical products （touch panel, PLC, frequency converter, temperature controller, etc. ）in the plastic film production line. The control system with the friendly and easy operation interface, it realizes the technology upgrading and energy efficiency of the equipments by integrating Delta industrial control products of HMI, PLC and frequency converter, etc., and embodies the higher cost-performance ratio of Delta automation products. The operational practice proves that Delta products are of good performances of stable, reliable and high control efficiency, so it is worthy of reference and popularization for industry peers.
