摘要
本文介绍了一项某电厂锅炉引风机采用中压变频器的调速节能改造实例,论述了变频调速节能的原理和效果,提出了变频改造方案并着重描述了引风机的控制保护系统设计以及该变频系统的安装调试方案。运行实践表明,该引凤机采用变频调速技术,获得了显著的节能效果。
The article deals with an instance of energy saving reformation of the boiler induced-draft fan by adopting speed regulation of the medium voltage frequency converter in an electric power plant, expounds the principle and effect of energy saving by means of variable frequency speed control, and also proposes the scheme of frequency conversion reformation with emphasis on the description of the design of the induced-draft fan control protection system and the scheme for installation and debugging of the fre- quency conversion system. The operational practice indicates that the power plant achieved a prominent energy-saving effect due to its induced-draft fan adopted the technology of frequency conversion of motor speed.
