摘要
本文主要介绍台达机电产品在熔体流动速率仪上的集成应用。该控制系统操作界面友好简单，集成了台达HMI、PLC、温控模块和编码器等自动化产品，实现了设备的技术升级与高效节能。运行实践表明，台达产品稳定可靠，控制效率高，值得业界同行借鉴和推广。
This paper mainly introduces the integrated application of Delta electromechanical products in the melt flow rate instrument. The control system has a friendly and simple operating interface; it realizes the equipment＇s technology upgrading and high- efficient energy-saving by integrating Delta HMI, PLC, temperature control module and encoder, etc. The operational practice proves that Delta products are of good performances of stable, reliable and high control efficiency, so it is worthy of reference and popularization for industry peers.
