基于力控软件和物联网技术的污染源在线监测系统

摘要 采用先进的SCADA软件与物联网技术相结合的方法,对环保设备及其关键运行参数实施实时监控,同时将采集到的数据存储到远端专用服务器并以人机界面画面的形式展示现场工艺过程。管理部门可以通过互联网登陆画面,查看并监督生产现场,不仅使监管更加有力,也使监管更加直观、科学,杜绝了治理设施不运行的现象。 The method to combine advanced SCADA software with the technology of Internet of Things is adopted to implement real time monitoring for environmental protection equipments and its key operation parameters and meanwhile, store the collected data to the remote-end delicated server and also demonstrate the spot technological process in the form of HMI graphics. The administrative departments can log in the graphics through internet, look over and supervise the production field; it not only makes the supervision to be more forceful, but also more intuitionistic and scientific, so completely eradicates the non -operational faults of control facilities.
