测量旋转部件切向位移偏差的高精度光电监测系统的设计与实现

摘要 彩色印刷机依靠印刷滚筒的旋转运动来完成套色印刷,而旋转过程中的切向位移偏差会引起套印误差,影响印刷品质。基于光电转换技术的高精度光电监测系统可实现对旋转部件切向位移偏差的实时监测。论文主要介绍了系统整体结构中关键模块的原理和功能以及软件设计的思路。通过实验验证,系统可以分辨107m的位移偏差,测量误差低于±3?m。监测系统稳定可靠、检测速度快、精度高,为旋转部件切向位移偏差的测量提供了一种全新的技术手段。 Color printer completes the chromatic printing by the rotating printing cylinder, and the tangential displacement will cause overlay errors in rotation, affecting the printing quality. The high-precision photoelectric monitoring based on photoelectric con- version technology system can realize the real-time monitoring of tangential displacement of rotating components. Paper introduces the theory and function of key modules and the software design ideas in the overall system structure. The experiments show that the sys- tem can identify the displacement of 10μm, and the measurement error is less than ± 31μm. Monitoring system is reliable, fast detection speed and high precision, providing a new technical means for the high precision measurement of tangential displacement.
