摘要
基于虚拟仪器设计理论,以LabVIEW8.5为软件开发平台,低功耗单片机P89LV51RD2为硬件核心,设计了一个实时温度测控系统。该系统采用数字温度传感器TMP112,配合单片机,实现现场温度采集。顸单片机通过ZigBee无线通信模块SZ05与计算机进行远程通信,并由软件平台对数据进行显示、分析及存储,同时实现温度的川D拧制。该系统功耗低,测量精度高,界面友好,易于操作,可扩展性强且成本低。
On the basis of virtual instrument design philosophy, a real-time temperature measurement and control system has been designed by taking LabVIEW8.5 as the software development platform and the low power consumption SCM P891.V51RD2 as the hardware kernel. In this system, the digital temperature transmitters TMP112 are adopted, they coordinate with the SCM to realize the temperature acquisition on the site. The telecommunication between the SCM and the host computer is realized through ZigBee wireless communication modules SZ05, and the data are displayed, analyzed and stored by using the software platform, mea,twhile, the PID control of the temperatures is implemented. The system is of lower consumption, higher measurement accuracy, user-friendly, easy accessibility, better expandability and lower cost.
