The true sense of physical culture refers to the justification of it as a way of practice and a way of edu- cation. The pursuit of interest and the pursuit of victory are the motivation and pursuit of physical culture developed out of its various ways of cultivation. To explore theirs origin and to find their value are beneficial to the fostering of subjects of sports and to the sound development of physical culture.
