本文运用文献综述法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对洛阳农村地区扑克牌活动开展的现状进行调查与研究,从扑克牌的价值开发和竞赛组织两个方面提出了相关建议。

Through studying the documents, consuhing experts, questionnaire survey research and quantitative data analysis, the writer studies the current situation of Poker games in rural area of Luoyang and puts forward some suggestions on both the development value and competition organization of Poker games.
