摘要
通过对体育高考运动技术考试焦虑的分析,为考生在运动技术考试中考取优异成绩提供理论依据;方法:结合文献资料,对体育高考生运动技术考试焦虑成因及其调控方法进行分析研究;结果:通过系统的训练,对体育高考生有针对性地加强运动技术考试焦虑的调控,对他们在运动技术考试中正常发挥水平、取得优异成绩有积极的促进作用;结论:体育高考生在运动技术考试前,体育老师应及时地采取相应的应对措施和方法并综合使用,在轻松的环境中让考生发挥最佳的考试状态,考出最佳的成绩。
This paper hopes, through an analysis of anxiety over skill exams, to help college sports major candidates achieve excellent grades in sports skill exams. It analyzes the causes of anxiety and explores the ways to control it. It finds that, through systematic training, the control of anxiety helps them to perform better in exams and to get higher grades. Therefore, it holds that, before examinations, teachers should take relevant measures to help students take the exams with a light heart and achieve the best result.
