摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等对高山滑雪课中学生产生心理障碍的原因进行分析,并找出消除心理障碍的方法,目的是克服学生产生心理障碍的不良现象,消除胆怯、恐惧、厌倦、自卑等不良心理状态,使学生能熟练地掌握高山滑雪技术,最终提高学生学习的效率和高山滑雪课的教学效果。
[Abstract ] By means of literature review,expert interviewing, questionnaire and so on, this article analysis on the causes of psychological barriers in courses of alpine skiing. Our purpose is to help overcome the occurrence of psycholog- ical barriers, dissipate the negative states of mind, such as feelings of fright, fear, weariness, inferiority and so on, to help the students achieve a good command of alpine skiing skills, and finally enhance the learning efficiency for students and the teaching effect of alpine skiing courses.
