喀什城市历史街区改造的定位与思考

随着城市向大型化、现代化、经济化方向发展,历史文化街区赖以生存的环境正日益遭到侵蚀。如何确定一个城市的改造宗旨、原则和方向,既是学术界要研究的重大课题,也是各级政府要解决的现实问题。喀什城市历史街区的改造与其他城市改造不同,笔者结合现代化建设中其他城市历史街区改造中的成功经验,对喀什城市历史街区改造的定位问题进行了思考,以期能够为喀什历史街区改造工程提供借鉴。

As the city to large,modern,economic management,historical and cultural blocks survival environment is increasingly suffered erosion.How can I determine if an urban reconstruction objectives,principles and directions,both academics to the important subject of study,and all levels of government to solve real problems.Kashgar city＇s historic district alteration is different with other urban＇s.this paper combined with the modernization of other city historic district in successful experience,on this historic district of the city of Kashi positioning problem,with a view to provides consult to Kashgar reconstruction project.
