推进国际金融稳定与中国金融改革

稳定的货币和适当的货币供应量，是促进商品生产、扩大国际贸易、改善国际收支的基础。人民币的国际化，要加快资本项目可兑换进程，可以通过金融市场实现，也可以通过双边政府特定安排加以推进。
