大学生职业测评分析及其职业指导启示——以江西蓝天学院为例

Analyses of University Students’Occupational Assessment and Its Enlightenment on Occupational Guidance——Taking Jiangxi Blue Sky University as an Example

大学生职业测评对高校职业指导工作有着重要的意义。通过统计分析江西蓝天学院2009级新生职业人格类型和动力指数,客观反映了这些学生的性格特征和动力倾向,进一步了解了学生的职业发展潜力状况。根据测评结果的统计分析,得出对职业指导工作的启示,以建立科学、合理的职业指导体系,帮助学生规划大学生涯和职业生涯,树立正确的就业观和择业观,提升就业竞争力,最终成功就业。

University students＇occupational assessment plays an important part in the work of university occupational guidance. Jiangxi Blue Sky University has systematically analyzed the occupational personality types and dynamic index of 2009 freshmen, objectively reflected their characters and dynamic tendencies and further found out their occupational development potential conditions.Based on the statistical analysis of assessment results,the paper comes to some enlightenment on occupational guidance work so that a scientific and reasonable occupational guidance system could be established to help students make better plans for their college life and occupational career,set proper employment viewpoints,enhance employment competitiveness and ultimately succeed in employment.
