摘要
在比较增量式光电编码器的鉴相电路时,发现增量式光电编码器的输入输出特性有较特殊的迟滞现象。为了对新发现的这一现象进行系统研究,首先举例说明了迟滞的形成过程,并确认迟滞的大小与鉴相电路的设计有关。进一步的研究表明,和一般传感器的迟滞特性相比较,增量式光电编码器的迟滞特性有三个特征。三个特征中的迟滞宽度,对评价增量式光电编码器的精度和指导鉴相电路的设计有重要的意义。
When comparing the phase discriminators of incremental photoelectric encoder,it is found that there are distinctive slow moves in the input and output of incremental photoelectric encoders.To conduct a systematic study on this newly-found phenomenon,the paper firstly illustrates the forming course of slow moves and confirms that the amount of slow-moves is related to the design of phase discriminators.Further study also shows that compared with slow moves of regular sensors,those of incremental photoelectric encoders have three extraordinary features.Among these three features,the width of slow moves has important significance in evaluating the precision of incremental photoelectric encoder and directing the design of phase discriminator.
