基于加工表面纹理连通区域的刀具磨损状态研究 被引量:1

摘要 在车削加工过程中,随着刀具磨损量的增加,表现在工件表面的纹理结构发生变化,依据工件纹理的变化能够间接判断刀具的磨损程度。选取阈值作图像分割,对二值图像作区域标记,区域标记的最大值称作连通区域数,将二值图像的连通区域数作为刀具磨损的特征量。实验结果表明,随着刀具磨损量的增加,图像的连通区域数随之增加,它为刀具磨损在线检测提供了一种有效的手段。 During the lathe work process,the increase of tool wear leads to the texture structural change on the surface of the work-piece.We can indirectly judge the tool wear degree according to the texture change of the work-piece.When we select the threshold quantity to make image segmentation and make zone markers onto binary image,the maximum of zone markers is called the number of connected regions.The connected regions'number of binary image is taken as the characteristic quantity of tool wear. The experiment results show that with the increase of tool wear,the number of connected regions of binary image also increases, which provides an effective approach for the online testing of tool wear.
