胡锦涛总书记对台工作的思想和理论,极大地丰富了中国特色社会主义理论宝库,是指导对台工作的总方针。它不仅丰富了党的统一战线的理论,而且对于进一步推进两岸关系和平发展具有重大的现实意义。

Ever since Hu Jintao released his statement of Sticking to One China Policy and Realizing China＇s Peaceful Reunification in March 2005,there have been a number of his directions and requirements about work toward Taiwan Question,all of which constitute the overall guideline for work toward Taiwan and enrich the theories of the united front of CPC.Moreover,they have important practical significance in further promoting the peaceful development of relations across the Taiwan Straits.
