摘要
民办高校兼职教师队伍现状喜忧参半,他们专业知识能力强,然责任心不足。各民办高校对兼职教师普遍实行松散式管理模式。本课题组在历时2年多的调研中,发现对兼职教师进行规范管理、绩效考核,实行适度管理模式能有效调动兼职教师的工作积极性。在此基础上课题的就建设兼职教师队伍的有效途径作了创新性思考。
Status quo of the part-time teaching body in private universities is mingled with hope and fear.Part-time teachers have strong professional knowledge and competence,but they lack responsibility.The widely-used management in private colleges for part-time teachers is rather loose.The research team,through 2-year research,has found out that the work initiative of part-time teachers can be stimulated by way of standardizing management,assessing performance and effect,as well as implementing appropriate management.Based upon this,the research team has proposed some creative thoughts with regard to the effective approaches of constructing part-time teaching body.
