Dynamic Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Credit Risk in High-Tech Enterprises

该文在借鉴已有企业信用风险评价成果的基础上,构建高新技术企业信用风险评价指标体系,考虑指标的模糊性和信用风险的动态性,运用层次分析法和动态模糊综合评价法对其信用风险进行实例评价。研究显示构建的指标和模型具有可操作性,能够为高新技术企业信用风险的控制与识别提供决策依据;同时也能为金融机构、政府部门、投资者等利益相关者的决策提供参考。

Based upon drawing lessons from the present achievements on credit risk evaluation of the enterprise,the paper constructs the credit risk evaluation index system of high-tech enterprises.Given the fuzziness of the index and the dynamic of the credit risk,it conducts case evaluation by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Research results indicate that constructed index and models are feasible and operable and that they provide both decision-making grounds for the controlling and recognizing of credit risk in new high-tech enterprises and references to the decision-making of the stakeholders such as financial institutions,government branches,and investors.
