民办院校艺术设计特色专业建设之路探析

Analysis of the Art and Design Characteristic Specialty Construction in Private Universities

民办院校在吸收生源和人才就业竞争方面处于一定的劣势,为了走上一条可持续发展之路,就必须办出自己的特色。特色办学的着眼点可从建设特色专业入手,就民办院校艺术设计特色专业建设而言,则要立足中国国情,结合自身课程结构和专业方向上的特点办出自己的特色;同时,还要建立理论与实践一体化特色专业教学模式,培养＂双师型＂教师队伍,运用特色的教学方法以增强专业特色,培育具有创造性思维能力的特色学生,从而提升民办院校的综合竞争力。

Private universities are at a disadvantage status in their enrollment and graduates＇ employment competition.To seek a sustainable development,it is crucial for private universities to form their own characteristics;and the focus of forming private university characteristics can be achieved by constructing characteristic specialties.As far as the characteristic art and design specialty construction of private universities is concerned,it is necessary to conform to the national conditions and form the characteristics according to the course structure and the specialty orientation.Meanwhile,private universities should build the characteristic specialty teaching patterns with an integration of theory and practice,develop ＂double qualified＂ faculty team and adopt characteristic teaching methods to strengthen the specialty characteristics as well as cultivate students with innovative thinking abilities so as to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
