电子信息工程专业“3CE”创新型应用人才培养模式的理论探索

Theoretical Exploration of Electronic Information Engineering ＂3CE＂ Innovative Application Talent Raise Pattern

本文对一般本科院校电子信息工程专业创新型应用人才培养模式的理论构建进行了探索，提出了“培养工程意识，构建工程能力，取得认证证书”的“意识·能力-认证”即“3CE”创新型应用人才培养模式。阐明了“3CE”创新型应用人才培养模式的内涵，并就“3CE”创新型应用人才培养模式的构建理论和构建基本原则进行了探索。

This paper analyses the innovative talent cultivation mode theory construction for ordinary university application of electronic information engineering, and raises ＂cultivating engineering consciousness, constructing engineer ability and acquire certification＂, that is ＂conscious, capability, certification＂ of＂3CE＂ innovative application talent training mode; mean time, this pa- per elaborates the connotation of it and its constructing theory and construct basic the principle.
