21世纪计算机对人类社会的文明与进步起着越来越大的影响作用。计算机基础教育要坚持面向应用的方向，着力培养能够将计算机与信息技术应用于工作领域，既熟悉本专业知识又熟练掌握计算机应用技术的复合型人才。
In the 21th century, computer has greater and greater influence on the human society civilization and development. Computer elemental education should face to application. And it should focus on training versatile talents who master computer science while be able to apply this kind of knowledge into information technology.
