摘要
本文通过对一名中学生数学恐惧行为的诊断和干预辅导,揭示了数学恐惧行为的主要机制在于其认知结构的缺陷障碍及其情绪的影响。在诊断与分析过程中,采用了不同于传统认知行为疗法的新认知行为疗法。
This article reveals the main mechanisms of mathematics fearing behavior and the impact of emotion through diagnosing and intervention counselling a student's mathematics fearing behavior. In the process of diagnosis and analysis, using a new cognitive behavioral therapy which is different from traditional cognitive behavioral therapy.
