本文从当前我国农村中小学音乐教育现状出发，提出了短期计划与长远规划两者结合，是解决我国农村中小学音乐教育现状的有效方法。

Based on the present situation of music education in primary and middle school of China country, this article puts for- ward the opinion that it is an effect method that combining the short-term plans and long-term plans for solving the problem of music education in primary and middle school.
