摘要
当代科技发展的特征和高校推动国家科技创新的历史使命,使得高校科研创新团队的组建势在必行,因此关于高校科研创新团队的理论研究也变得尤为重要。本文在对团队理论研究的基础上,结合高校的特点,系统阐述了高校科研创新团队的内涵、组成要素、特征和组织结构。
The characteristics of modern science and technology and the universities＇ historical mission to promote the national scientific and technological innovation,making the formation of scientific research innovation team imperative,so the team on the theory of scientific research innovation research has become particularly important.In this paper,theoretical research on the team,based on the characteristics of higher learning,describes the content of scientific research innovation team,elements,characteristics,and organizational structure systematically.
