摘要
2007年12月,印度政府颁布了第十一个五年规划,以"全纳性增长"为理念,重点发展中等职业教育,适应世界教育发展趋势。针对目前中等职业教育发展状况,印度围绕规模、质量及公平三方面采取了一系列措施。印度的中等职业教育呈现注重能力的培养、强调灵活性及重视服务业发展的特点。
On Dec.2007,the India government enacted the 11th Five Year Plan to ＂inclusive growth＂ as a concept.Focusing on the development of secondary vocational education,the plan adapts the trend of world education development.Aiming at the recent situations of vocational education development,India has taken a series of measures on the quantity,quality and fairness.The development strategies have three features：competency-based,flexibility and service.
