教师在工作中有对职业、社会关系和自身成长等多方面的成就需求,因此,成就激励理论是教师在教学过程中对于自身成长要求的体现。学校管理者加强成就激励理论在教学管理中的运用,可以有效提高教师工作效率,促进教育教学取得良好效果。
The teachers has variety of achievement need to profession and social relationship,and their own growth in work,so achievement incentive theory embodys teachers' requirement to their own growth in teaching process,School administrators strengthen the use of teaching achievement motivation theory in the management can effectively improve teachers' work efficiency,and promote education teaching to gain good effects.
