随着新课程改革的深入发展,中学体育教学改革也迎来了发展的良好机遇期。在以往的中学教育教学工作中,教学模式相对陈旧,体育教师对教学研究与创新的力度也不够大,习惯于传统教学模式,尤其是在立足学生身心发展与教学内容特点、促进教学成效提升方面探究不足,一定程度上制约了教学成效的提升。文章主要针对当前中学体育教学中存在的各种现状开展针对性研究,并展开论述。

In the past middle school education teaching work, their teaching mode is relatively old, the Sports teachers are lack of research based on students＇ mind and body development and teaching content characteristics, as well as promoting teaching effectiveness.
