职校实施“德育导师制”存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Implementation of "Moral Education Advisor System" in Vocational Schools

职校在实施德育导师制的过程中因对德育导师制本身的理解缺位,导致操作中制度缺失、导师热情不高,为进一步改进职校德育导师制工作,应从充分重视开始,完善工作制度,并从确立德育导师的选拔标准、开展德育导师的专项培训、实施德育导师资格与聘任制度等方式完善并提高德育导师的素质修养能力,以推进该项工作的深入实施与持续发展。

In implementation and moral education and a tutorial in the process of moral education owing to a tutorial itself to the absence to the system work,not in place,enthusiasm for work,for further improvement of moral education and a tutorial work,shall be paid great attention to and improve the system to work,and moral education of established selection criteria and moral education in a special training,implementing and moral education system guide for employment,improve moral education and to improve the quality of our ability to promote the work of the implementation of sustainable development.
