摘要
网络舆论是伴随着网络这一新的传播模式而诞生的,随着网络的发展,网络舆论给个人和社会带来的巨大影响。网络舆论的双重性格使网络舆论的效果难以预测,只有健康、有序的网络舆论才有利于大学生思想政治教育正常开展,规避网络舆论的负效应,使其回归理性需要政府、媒体、高校三方的合力。
Internet opinion birth accompanied by network that of a new transmission mode,it brings great influence to people and the society.Its double characteristics make its effect hard to be forecasted,only healthy and sequential International opinions is conducive to college students＇ ideological and political education,avoiding negative effects of International public opinions,and make its regress rationality,need the effects from three aspects of government,media,college.
