摘要
教育哲学是一种实践哲学,教师的成长和发展离不开教师个人教育哲学的支持。本文试图从教师个人教育哲学的概念出发,探讨当今高校辅导员缺失个人教育哲学的原因及其造成的实际影响,以及辅导员要提升专业素质,以形成指导其行为实践的正确的教育观念和适宜的教育行为,以期对高校辅导员有一定的启示作用。
Education philosophy is a practice philosophy,teacher＇s growth and development is inseparable from the support of teachers＇ personal education philosophy.This paper attempts to start from the concept of individual teacher education philosophy,to discuss reason and the actual effect of today＇s college counsellors＇ lack of individual education philosophy.
