摘要
文章以石河子大学为例,通过对建立贫困生档案的必要性,收集,管理及意义几个方面来阐述建立贫困生档案的重要作用。
This paper takes Shihezi University an example to analyse the significance of poor college students＇ archives administration from aspects of its necessity,collection,management and significance.
