本文通过对社会交换理论和自我表露理论的考察后认为,创造良好的团体氛围,使学生深入交换自己的情感和思想,能够帮助他们认识到自己人际交往中的缺陷,改善自己的人际关系状况,可以改善同学间的人际互动状况。

By analysis on Social Exchange Theory and Self Express Theory,this article considers that a good group atmosphere could help student exchange emotions and thoughts and realize the defects in communication,and by this way,the student could improve their interpersonal communication.
