教师在课堂教学起主导地位,教师只有自始至终对课堂教学进行有效的管理和领导。教师的管理方式对课堂心理气氛有直接的影响。作为课堂教学的主导者,教师需要优化自身的领导方式去营造和谐的课堂心理气氛。
Be the leader of class teaching,teacher should manage and lead the teaching all the class.The management style of teacher has direct influence on class psychology atmosphere.And as leader of class teaching,teacher should optimize his management style to build a harmonious class atmosphere.
