本文针对目前管理教育的课程结构和教学方式进行分析,总结了C学院管理教育的经验和教训,认为建设合格的教师队伍和培养学生学习兴趣是发展管理教育的两条途径。

This paper mainly analyses current course structure and teaching method,base on C College＇s experiences and lessons of management education to show that constructing qualified teachers resource and cultivating the students＇ learning interests are methods of developing management education.
