摘要
近十年来,我国专家学者对教师职业倦怠问题进行了广泛的研究,尤其是对教师职业倦怠的定义、成因和测量等方面的研究成果比较丰富。今后对教师职业倦怠问题的研究,应注重以下三方面研究:一是加强本土化研究;二是要横向研究与纵向研究并行;三是要宏观研究与微观研究并重。
In recent ten years,our domestic scholars has done widely researches on the teachers'job burnout,especially for the area of definition,causes and measures. This paper points out that,the research central of this topic should fucus on three aspects: firstly,strengthen localization of research;secondly,carry out both cross-sectional study and longitudinal study;thirdly,stress both macroscopic research and micro research.
