随着社会的飞速进步、技术的迅速更新,知识不断推成出新,人们只有不断提高解决新问题的能力才可以适应社会的需要。而掌握知识的最终目的也就是使所学的知识应用到实践中,解决生产、生活中存在的实际问题,只有这样,知识才具有生命力。

As an educator,it＇s our duty to develop the students＇ ability during the teaching process. But how can we transfer the knowledge that the students learn to the ability that they should gain. This article deals with the relationship between knowledge and ability as well as some strategies on ability development.
