摘要
目的:通过对大学生自我和谐状态的分析,提升大学生心理健康水平。方法:采用《自我和谐量表》(SCCS)对阜阳师范学院180名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)师范类大学生总体比较和谐。(2)师范类大学生自我和谐状况在性别与学科类型维度上差异不显著。(3)师范类大学生自我和谐状况在年级维度上有显著差异。结论:应加强自我和谐教育,提升师范类大学生的自我和谐状态及心理健康水平。
Objective: To explore the effective methods of how to enhance mental health of normal college students,through analyze the state of their Self-consistency and Congruence. Methods One hundred and eighty normal college students were investigated with SCCS. Results(1) The Self-consistency and Congruence level of undergraduates is harmonious in general.(2) There were no significant differences in gender and only-child or not.(3) There were significant differences in different subjects and different grades. Conclusion Try to enhance Self-consistency and Congruence and mental health of under-graduates by strengthening the education of Self-consistency and Congruence.
