高校辅导员心理危机干预能力结构研究综述

在社会思潮多元化、社会压力下,大学生的心理问题日益严重,成为影响学业、生活的重要因素。心理危机干预是及时调控大学生心理健康的重要手段。随着高校辅导员从传统的单一的思想政治教育角色逐渐转变为专业化、职业化的人生导师角色,高校辅导员作为大学生健康成长的指导者、引路人和知心朋友,担负起对大学生心理危机干预的职责。高校辅导员对大学生心理危机干预能力结构主要是从从辅导员胜任力结构和辅导员心理辅导、教育能力结构进行研究。

In the society which has diversity of social thoughts and heavy pressure,university students＇ psychological problems which have influences on their studies and daily lives are increasingly serious. Psychological crisis intervention is an important method to control college students＇ mental health. As the single political character of university counselors has changed,their characters are professional and career-oriented tutors. They are guides,pathfinders and close friends of university students. The ability of psychological crisis intervention on college students of university counselors is being researched mainly from the structure of university counselors＇ competence,psychological counseling and educational capacity.
