摘要
本文介绍了职业自我效能理论的内涵及四种效能信息源,在分析高职院校学生职业自我效能现状的基础上,提出了在高职职业指导工作中应重视高职学生的职业自我效能感的培养,就职业自我效能理论在高职院校就业指导的具体应用展开探讨。
This article discusses the concept of the career self-efficacy theory and its four performance information sources. Based on the analysis of the current status of the self efficacy of higher-learning vocational students,we propose that the career conseling for higher-learning vocational students should emphasize on the development of students' career self-efficacy. Furthermore,we discuss in detail the application of the theory in the career conseling in higher-learning vocational institutes.
