摘要
本文指出建立补偿机制是维持生态可持续发展的要求,阐述了建立经济补偿机制面临的基本问题,并针对这些问题重点探讨自然资源经济补偿机制构造的具体形式和对策。
This article pointed out that the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism is to maintain the requirements of sustainable development,economic compensation mechanisms for the establishment of expounded the basic problems faced by,and for these questions focus on the natural resources of the economic structure of the specific forms of compensation mechanisms and countermeasures.
