摘要
本文介绍了铁路油罐车装卸油技术现状及存在的主要问题，提出了为解决该问题而研制的光纤液位报警安全密闭装卸油工艺技术要求及主要设备及特点，这对油库装卸油作业的防火防爆及环境保护与安全具有重要的意义。
Developed tank car safe and close loading technique with optical fiber level alarm is an important for fire explosion proof loading operation and environmental protection in storage park battery.This paper introduces requirements,characteristics and main units of this technique.
