同汉语和其他大多数汉藏语系语言一样,修辞手段的运用是白语多音节词产生的重要原因之一。比喻、婉曲、夸张、借代等修辞手段是白语中最常见的构词方法。

It is the important reason to use rhetoric for Bai language having polysyllable words.This is alike with most other languages such as Chinese.The usual rhetoric methods of making sentences are as follows： trope,euphemism,exaggeration and metonymy.
