摘要
本文从文化翻译学派理论出发,探讨了国外车在中国(此文指大陆地区)乘用车车名五种汉译方法,指出其中较受喜爱的汉译车名往往都是具有中国特色的。只有尊重中国文化、利用汉语多文化内涵特色、取个中国味浓的名字,才能取得较好的宣传和销售业绩。
This paper start from cultural translation school theory,analyses the five methods of foreign automobile name translation in China(mainland),it point out that most of the popular car names are of Chinese characters.Only respect Chinese culture,and use Chinese culture connotation characteristics characteristics to take the name of thick Chinese flavour,can the car dealers get better promotion and sales.
