摘要
液态高能压裂技术是利用高能量液态药剂在井底迅速爆燃,产生近100 M Pa 压力和2 500 ℃高温的高速气流,使井壁地层产生多条径向裂缝,改善油层渗流能力,解决低渗透油层和高含水油层堵塞,提高采收率。通过濮城油田15 口油井试验,施工成功率100 % ,单井平均增产3 倍~8 倍。文中分析了液态高能压裂改造油层增产原理、选井原则、施工步骤和现场应用效果分析。
Liquid—state high—energy fracturing technology can improve reservoir percolation capability,solve plugging problems in high water cut reservoirs and low permeability pools,and increase recovery factor.Through testing in 15 oil wells of Pucheng Oilfield,success ratio of the technology is 100%,average production of single well increases 3~8 times.The paper analyses stimulation principle,well selection principle,operation procedures and field appliaction results of liquid—state high—energy fracturing technology.
