摘要
气- 汽发生器装置是一种新型热采设备,该装置产生的气- 汽混合物主要成分为 N2 、 C O2 及水蒸汽。设备具有的能力:产生压力16 M Pa ,温度250 ℃~300 ℃。利用该设备在曙光油田杜66 块中质稠油油藏进行了气- 汽段塞驱工艺试验,试验期为65 天,设备运行1 106 小时,注入压力7 M Pa ~8 M Pa ,注入温度200 ℃~250 ℃,井口压力6 M Pa ,累计注入量72 ×104 m 3 ,试验取得了明显的开采效果。井组日产液由试验前的142t 上升到485t ,日产油由17t 上升到292t,含水由84 % 下降到39 % 。此项工艺技术的试验成功不仅为中质稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐热采后期的开采方式转换提供了有效途径,同时为中质稠油油藏提高最终采收率提供了新的方法。
Gas vapour generator is a new kind of thermal recovery equipment.The main products produced by this equipment contain N 2,CO 2 and water vapour.It works at the pressure up to 16 MPa,and temperature up to 250℃~300℃.Gas vapour tests have been conducted in medium viscous oil reservoirs in Block Du 66 of Suguang Oilfield using this equipment.During its testing period of 65 days,the equipment had worked for 1106 hours,the injection pressure reached 7MPa~8MPa,injection temperature was 200℃~250℃,the wellhead pressure 6 MPa,and the total injection volume had been 72×10 4m 3,finally,the clear production results have been got in the test.the liquid productior per day form the wells increases from 14 2 tons before tests to 48.5 tons after the tests,and crude oil production per day increases from 1 7 tons to 29 2 tons,water cut decreases from 84% to 39%.The successful tests not only have provided an effective approach for a late oil recovery method changed from cyclic steam stimulation of medium viscous oil reservoir,but also have provided a new way to improve ultimate recovery factor of medium viscous oil reservoirs.
