Sealing of rod of pumping unit at the wellhead and its development

井口光杆密封装置是有杆抽油系统不可缺少的重要装备，密封则是密封装置的重要组成部分。实践表明密封圈的形状、材质及性能直接决定着该装置的工作性能，同时对有杆抽油机系统的工作质量、环境质量以及油井生产产生着重要的影响。本文就影响密封圈的密封效果及寿命的因素（ 外部因素和内部因素） 、密封圈的形状及材质（５ 种） 作了介绍，并对光杆密封装置密封圈的发展及使用提出了７ 点建议。

Wellhead rod sealing unit is an essential part of rod pumping system,and sealing is an important part of sealing unit.Application shows that the shape,material and performance of the sealing ring directly decide working ability of the unit,meantime,have also an important effect on working efficiency and working environment of rod pumping unit system,and oil productivity.This paper has introduced the factors affecting the sealing capability and the working life of sealing ring,shapes of sealing rings and 5 kinds of materials.And 7 pieces of suggestion have been proposed about the use and develpment of rod sealing unit.
