摘要
以有机硅—双丙烯酰胺为复合交联剂、 K2 S2 O8 为引发剂,采用溶液法合成了丙烯酸钠与丙烯酰胺共聚物吸水剂。研究了交联剂、引发剂用量、中和程度、单体组成及其含量等聚合条件对凝胶物吸水性能的影响。用凝胶配成的堵水剂,在人造岩心上进行了堵水评价实验,结果表明,对于渗透率低于10μm 2 的人造岩心,堵水率高达99 % 以上,堵油率仅为15 % 左右。现场试验表明,该凝胶堵剂具有很好的降水增油效果。
Sodium acrylate and acrylamide copolymer absorbent agent are synthesised using organosilicon-dimethyl acrylamide as compounded cross-linking agent,K 2S 2O 8 as initiating agent.Polymerization conditions such as amount of crosslinking agent,initiator,comonomer,neutralization degree of acrylic acid is studied.The effect of this absorbing resin as water plugging agent is evaluated on artificial cores.For artificial cores which have permeability under 10μm 2,the water-plugging efficiency is as high as 99% and the oil-plugging is only about 15%.
