摘要
化学排水采气已成为有水气藏的主要开采方式之一,用于化学排水采气工艺的起泡剂也很多,但仍不能适用于川东某些高矿化度、高温气井。针对川东地层温度高(90 ℃~110 ℃) 、矿化度高(100 000 mg/ L) 的特点,对目前使用的起泡剂进行筛选、复配,从而找到了一种适用于高温、高矿化度气井的新型起泡剂 C O M。根据研究表明:用 O A 和 A S 作为主发泡剂、 P V A 为稳定剂起泡效果最佳。给出了新起泡剂 C O M 的配方及性能参数。同时研究了矿化度对泡沫携液量的影响。
Chemical dewatering gas production is a main recovery method for water-bearing gas reservoirs.But many foamers used for chemical dewatering gas production technology aren't suitable for some high salinity and high temperature gas wells in east Sichuan.According to the features of high temperature (90℃~110℃)and high salinity (100 000mg/L) in esat Sichuan wells,a new foamer COM is developed.It is suitable for high temperature and high salinity gas wells.Research result shows that using OA and AS as main foamer,PVA as stabilizer,the foaming result is very good.The formulation and performance parameters of new foamer COM are also given,and the effect of salinity on liquid carrying capability of foam is studied.
