依据横掠椭圆钉头板对流换热及流阻特性的实验研究结果， 针对工程实际中石油化工装置燃油加热炉烟气余热回收的特点，开发设计了宽流道椭圆钉头板空气预热器，并已在石油化工装置燃油加热炉上推广应用多台，
On the basis of experimental results of convection heat transfer across the elliptic studded plate,and the charateristic of flow resistance,and in accordance with the characteristic of flue gas waste heat recovey of fuel furnace of petrochemical unit in engineeing practice,the wide flow path elliptic studded plate air prehater is developed and designed.Many sets of preheater are popularized on fuel furnace for petrochemical unit.A relative good effect of waste heat recovery is obtatined.
